Recompensa Park

Recompensa Park is a gated resort near Montaña Rey. The resort is located on a hilly area in a very quiet area near Santa Barbara and the famous Spanish water. This resort has many facilities such as: reception, swimming pool with children’s pool and bar, playground with a trampoline, tennis court, workout station and a launderette.

The living room has sliding doors over the entire length and on the other side a door through which a wonderful breeze can blow through the house. Movies and television from all over the world can be watched via the TV box. The kitchen has all the amenities one needs. Coffee maker, refrigerator, rice cooker, combination microwave as well as cutlery, plates, cups and glasses. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has bunk beds and next to this room is bathroom 2. Bedroom 3 is in a small separate apartment in the garden and also has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. All bathrooms have a shower, toilet and hot water. For small children there is a baby/toddler bed and high chair available on request.

The bungalow has several places outside where you can sit. At the front of the house is a small covered terrace with seating. On the side of the house is also a small covered terrace with a dining area and in the backyard is a large palapa where you can sit under. For sun lovers there are also two sunbeds available. Is it getting too hot? No problem, the beautiful swimming pool is within walking distance!

Policies of Recompensa Park

We require a 25% deposit. The remaining 75% must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
Maximum 6 people.
Price per night is based on two people, for each person above that, €10 p.p.p.n. calculated. The bungalow is rented INCLUDING water and electricity consumption, you get 15 kWh per day and 2 m³ per week for two people. With average use, this is sufficient to have the air conditioning on in a bedroom in the evening and to be able to run the refrigerator. With three to four people (and therefore two bedrooms) you get 25 kWh per day and 3 m³. And with four to six people (and thus three bedrooms) you get 35 kWh per day and 4 m³ per week. If you have used more than that, it will be deducted from the deposit. We always record the meter in front of you, when you check in and check out. The deposit is € 150.00 per week, per week the deposit increases by € 75. Final cleaning bungalow: € 85.00. Reservation costs: € 25.00.

Het was allemaal goed! We hebben heerlijk genoten van onze vakantie. Bestek, borden en glazen allemaal aanwezig. Wij hebben echt waar niks te klagen gehad!

Via Babette kwamen we in een uitstekend huisje terecht op het rustige en veilige Recompensa Park. Royaal, uitstekend ingericht en voorzien van alles wat je je maar kunt wensen (keukengerei, beddengoed, handdoeken en badlakens, noem maar op). En als we wat te vragen hadden (van te voren én tijdens ons verblijf) hadden we in een flits antwoord. Heerlijk om zo 'ontzorgd' te worden!

je komt aan bij een gated resort. dat geeft een heel veilig gevoel. de gate gaat open met een eigen sleutel. voor ons was dit resort geweldig dichtbij onze familie en vrienden. punda is ong. 21 minuutjes rijden. een auto is echt een must als je dingen wilt ondernemen. de eigenaar stond ons al op te wachten en was super relaxed. het hele huis was schoon, netjes en was letterlijk van alle gemakken voorzien. met een zeer uitgebreide map waar echt alle informatie in stond die nodig was voor het huis. verschillende supermarkten en sneks zijn op zeer korte afstand (met auto). we hebben eigenlijk geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad maar deze ligt zowat naast het huis. hier heb je overigens geen last van omdat er regels zijn waar je je aan moet houden bij het zwembad. de buurt is ook zeer rustig met prettige mensen. geen honden die constant blaffen of andere zaken waar je snachts last van kunt hebben. wel waren ze een paar huizen verderop aan het verbouwen overdag. je kunt heerlijk chillen in de tuin die lekker privé achter het huis ligt. slapen was heerlijk op zachte bedden. er is zowel airco als ventilator aanwezig. voor vragen kon je gelijk terecht bij de eigenaar maar dat was haast niet nodig vanwege de uitgebreide informatiemap. de wifi werkte ook prima en was stabiel. houdt er wel rekening mee dat het huisje in de tuin wat mindere verbinding heeft dan de rest van het huis. al met al fantastisch huis en wij hopen snel weer terug te komen volgend jaar.

Als je verblijf boekt, kom je niks tekort. Dit huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en super goed voor elkaar. De communicatie met Babette (de host) verloopt erg prettig. Reageert snel en vriendelijk. Echt een aanrader dus!!!

Intens genoten


4de keer vakantie Curacao, en de 1ste keer op het Recompensa Park. De vakantiewoning op het Recompensa park is van alles voorzien en je komt dan dus ook niets te kort. Corwin en Babette zijn op en top gastvrij en vriendelijk, en ten alle tijden bereid vragen te beantwoorden en je te helpen waar nodig. Heerlijke vakantie gehad, intens genoten en zeker een aanrader om hier naartoe te gaan.

Was a great experience to be in this house, The place is very safe, well located, really nice and relaxing. Without hesitation if I return to Curaçao I would rent this house again.


You can cancel at any time before the start of the trip. The date on which the cancellation request is officially known to TRIBI HOLIDAY RENTAL is decisive. The statement that you want to cancel must be submitted in writing for this reason. If the agreement is cancelled, you will owe cancellation costs. For holiday homes and houses, these cancellation costs generally amount to: - up to 61 days before departure 10% of the travel sum, - from the 60th to the 35th day before departure, 50% of the travel sum, - from the 34th to the 2nd day before the start of the trip 80 % of the travel sum, -in case of cancellation on the day of departure, later or in case of no-show, the total sum of the trip will be calculated

On request there is a camping cot and high chair available for the baby / toddler

Payments are made by account or by PayPal. The deposit is 25% of the total price. This amount must be transferred within 7 days after receipt of the invoice/confirmation. The remaining amount will be paid no later than 6 weeks before the arrival date. For bookings made within 40 days before the start of your trip, you must pay the full amount by return. If we have not received the down payment and/or the remaining payment in accordance with the agreed agreements, we have the right, after a reminder stating the latest payment term, to withdraw from the booking contract and to let you pay the cancellation costs, as described in the travel conditions. Information and instructions regarding the ancillary costs (additional costs) of our holiday homes can be found in the description under the heading "Prices". With many holiday homes, the variable costs are a sum of costs for, for example, electricity, water, sojourn tax. The check-in time on the day of arrival is from 3 p.m.

The Holiday Home must be vacated no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure and handed over to the landlord or other responsible person. A late check-out is sometimes possible in consultation.

It is not allowed to bring or keep pets in the holiday homes.

Normally a rental occupancy with more people is not possible because the holiday home is furnished with beds, cutlery, etc. for a certain number of people. An exception is the objects where an extra bed is possible. However, this bed must be explicitly ordered when booking - and in most cases also confirmed in writing. TRIBI HOLIDAY RENTAL has the right to forbid access, send away or demand an additional surcharge on top of the existing price for other persons (more than the number of persons allowed in the holiday home) or unauthorized persons who use the property. In exceptional cases (if it concerns a baby or small child), it is possible to request from TRIBI HOLIDAY RENTAL whether you can occupy the holiday home with one more person. This is usually for a fee.

We are not responsible for continued availability, compatibility and security. You must ensure sufficient security of your computer. The use of internet/Wi-Fi is at your own risk. When using the internet/Wi-Fi, you must comply with the applicable law. In particular, you are obligated not to download any data that contains materials (eg films, music pieces) which are protected by copyright, but which, for example, have entered the internet illegally via internet exchanges. You are also obliged to inform the fellow travelers (including underage fellow travelers) about this valid right and to carry out any checks. In the event that you or your fellow travelers are guilty and you do not comply with the obligations related to this text “Internet/Wi-Fi”, you hereby release TRIBI HOLIDAY RENTAL from liability made by third parties.

A refrigerator and crockery are normally part of the standard equipment of every holiday home. That is why they are not explicitly mentioned in the description. If in doubt, feel free to contact us. In the holiday homes, crockery and cutlery are usually complete and sufficiently available for the number of people. Technical household appliances such as e.g. oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine or washing machine are only available if they are expressly stated in the description.

Some general rules apply at all times: The customer leaves the rental property in a tidy condition. By tidy we mean: the washing and clearing of the used dishes, the clearing of leftover foodstuffs, the removal of waste and the removal of the beds. This is independent of the final cleaning performed by TRIBI HOLIDAY RENTAL, this final cleaning is mandatory.

We gladly accept customer wishes when booking. Please note, however, that TRIBI HOLIDAY RENTAL cannot yet guarantee that your wish will be fulfilled. Special requests, bookings that only apply under certain conditions and verbal side agreements are only valid if they have been confirmed in writing by TRIBI HOLIDAY RENTAL.

If the description states that a TV is present, then a color TV is meant here. If reception by satellite or cable is possible, this will be indicated in the text with SAT-TV or CABLE-TV. This does not guarantee that you can also receive TV programs in all other languages.

We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance. Your private liability insurance (WA insurance) normally also covers damage in holiday homes and homes that you have caused yourself as a customer. We recommend that you check whether your insurance company covers such damage, also abroad.

It is also possible to rent a rental car at TRIBI HOLIDAY RENTAL.

A deposit is required in case something is damaged in the holiday home or holiday home. This deposit is paid immediately upon booking. The deposit will be refunded to your account after departure.

The term "laundry" includes bed linen and towels. You rent the holiday home including laundry. You should always bring your own pool and beach towels.

The description states whether there is a swimming pool at the holiday home or in the complex. In the swimming pools of the holiday complex you must observe the opening times, applicable swimming pool rules and prohibitions prescribed by the management. These are usually regulations or prohibitions regarding the wearing of swimwear in the pool, bringing balls, air mattresses and the like into the pool and bringing glassware into the pool.
